RETIREE PARKING
As a retiree, you may arrange for free retiree parking in any of the non-gated non restricted lots on campus. To arrange your
retiree parking, please visit: https://parkingbase.com/c/rutgers/login and login to SSO. If you need to change your password
to login, you may request a password reset at: https://netid.rutgers.edu/displayForgottenPasswordForm.htm
Please be sure to provide your vehicle information (make, model, color of vehicle and license plate number). Retirees with handicapped registration should also provide an image of the handicapped placard or handicapped license plate registration.

PARKING UPDATE:

Retiree parking permits have been extended until June 30, 2026.

To check your permit expiration, you should click the following link.

https://parkingbase.com/c/rutgers/login

Then select “SIGN IN RUTGERS SSO” and login using your net ID and password. Once you are signed in, verify that your permit expiration date is 30 Jun 2026.

If your permit expiration has not been updated, you can open a case through the DOTSHelp portal – https://dotshelp.rutgers.edu

All retirees will have to renew their permits at the end of June 2026.  At that time, you should be able to see the new permit in your parking portal.  As long as you are recognized as a retiree in the Rutgers Payroll System, you will be eligible to get the retiree permit.
